Summertime usually calls for cold coffee not hot! I love coffee after a solid workout but I also need to get my protein in for recovery! Therefore I thought I’d combine them!
This is super easy and super yummy! I altered a recipe I got from Kate.
- 4 oz Coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (I prefer the dark!)
- 1/3 c Cold brew coffee (Or 1/2c of regular coffee chilled)
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use Plant Fusion)
- Ice to desired thickness
Dump all ingredients in blender and mix it up! The more ice you have the thicker it will be!
A few notes – Cold Brew. We use the Toddy Cold Brew Coffee Maker to make cold brew. It is very smooth and addicting!
You can use any other protein powders you wish!
